At just under 500 acres and with near 1,400 linear feet of beach, Grayton Beach State Park to the west, Seaside to the east, and several miles of shoreline along Western Lake, the WaterColor community truly provides the best 30A has to offer. With amenities such as an exceptional Gulf-side beach club and fine dining restaurant, a tennis center, numerous beautiful pools distributed throughout, and Camp WaterColor for children’s activities, beach owners are left to want for nothing and are able to truly experience the ultimate 30A vacation experience.

The WaterColor Community has 8 congruent phases, each balancing a blend of southern and coastal inspired homes of varying sizes and charming details with a stunning, natural setting. Watercolor devotes an exceptional amount of its community to miles of bike and hiking trails, open spaces and parks, and conservation areas.

While WaterColor is the largest planned community along 30A, one of its marvels is the community’s ability to gracefully fuse with its natural, local landscape.
